Slipped and twisted foot. hurt while i walked but this morning excruciating, can't put weight on. not swollen or bruised. go to dr or rice it at home?

Doctor exam: If the pain is excrutiating you should have it examined and probably obtain x-ray. Rest, ice, elevation, and ace wrap is important as well until you can see your doctor.
