Hunger: I assume you are referring to food. The compulsion to eat every time you feel hungry may have origins that are not in the digestive tract, but rather in your subconscious. If this is a serious issue seeing a clinical psychologist or a psychiatrist may be very helpful. If not, then it is a matter of will-power. Like stopping smoking. Good luck.
