I see you're on: Topamax-can stimulate appetite & cause wt gain. Otherwise, get more exercise, outdoors preferably. Be patient-will need to work up to 45-90 mins aerobic exercise 4-5 d/wk to see wt loss & appetite regulation. Consider wt training &/or cross training too. Treat any depression (some meds can cause wt gain, but some do not). Increase fiber intake, esp of veggies & beans. Avoid processed food.
