Belviq (lorcaserin) or Alli: Diet and exercise still best way to control weight. Effects reported are minimal to moderate at best for control of appetite and weight loss in obese patients. Not for small amounts of weight loss due to side effects (headache, nausea, dizziness, thought process interference, etc).
