Wasting and atrophy : Can be a sign of chronic or untreated nerve compression, nerve problems or can be related to poor circulaiton that affects nerve and muscle strength and thickness. Chronic circulation issues may affect the ability of a nerve to function well and the muscles that that nerve innervates get smaller.
