How is neurovascular exam conducted? ultrasound shows chronic radial artery occlusion. alot of pain in hand in doing anything. what can be done

Ultrasound: Clinical, testing for strength, and touch, and pinprick for nerves. Pulses, doppler, scanning are used to assess the vessels noninvasively. Keep, working the hand to encourage collaterals.

Vascular specialist: Please see vascular surgeon since you had angiogram. No mention of angiogram result. Only us report. Any clot? He/she should be able to guide about occlusion treatment. Pain & occlusion of arm needs your serious & immediate attention. Wish you good health.
