Nerve pain: Nerve entrapment can cause numbness and cold feeling in the hand and cramping. The radial artery occlusion is not related to nerve entrapment but can cause similar symptoms with pain in the hand with frequent motion.

Numbness in fingers: Carpal tunnel is the most common nerve entrapment in the hand. It causes numbness in the thumb, index, and middle fingers. This can be treated with splints, injections, or surgery. Radial artery occlusion can cause numbness, but fingers would tend to be cooler and possibly discolored. Get it checked out.
