Does chronic radial artery occlusion cause sharp pain un hand at various points such as elbow wrist shoulder. if not what would cause pain?

Hand pain: Thrombosis may lead to ischemic pain with use distal to the point of occlusion but rarely causes pain proximal to that level such as the elbow or shoulder. Occasionally may get ischemic nerve pain that can radiate proximally.
