Radial artery : Thrombosi may cause pain depending on various factors ( see my other answer to your other questiion regarding same topic!

Hand pain: Thrombosis may lead to ischemic pain with use distal to the point of occlusion but rarely causes pain proximal to that level such as the elbow or shoulder. Occasionally may get ischemic nerve pain that can radiate proximally.
