Chronic total radial artery occlusion in right hand with collateral flow in ulnar and intraosseous artery. what course of action would u.advise?

Probably harmless: I doubt that cto of the radial artery will cause much problem. I harvest the radial artery frequently for coronary bypass, usually in the non-dominant arm. As long as you have good ulnar collateral refill, it wont cause you any long term problems.
