Just tell her: Let your mom know your symptoms and that you feel you need to see your doctor to get those symptoms checked out. You can get bacterial vaginosis without sexual activity, although it is uncommon. If you had an earache you would tell your mom - there is no difference here. If you can't, depending on your age you can in most states seek treatment for std's without parental consent. Call docs office.
