No: Bacterial vaginosis and endometriosis have not been known to be related. Bacterial vaginosis is an infection the occasionally chronic in the vaginal area. Endometriosis is a disease of the pelvis where tissue similar to the uterine lining grows on the ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, bladder, and even the bowel.
