I have fibromyalgia. for past week i have been habing sharp chest pains. how do o know this is related to fibromyalgia ad opposed to q cardiac proble?

Hard to tell: If you have external tenderness where the pain is, and you can reproduce it by pushing there, it is likely from your fibromyalgia. If you have cardiac risk factors, a stress test may be helpful to make sure the heart is ok.

Careful: Chest wall pain of fibromyalgia can be very difficult to differentiate from cardiac pain, especially the left pectoral slid major tp but fibro won't kill. A bad heart will so if unsure get it checked.
