Healthy diet: There is no special diet for fibromyalgia (fm). Many fm pateints are over wieght and deconditioned. Weight loss through a combination of a well balanced, reduced calorie diet and regualr low impact aerobic conditioning may be of great benefit in fm. If your diet is not well balanced, consider a good multivitamin but i don't think there is a need to take any specific supplements.

Anti-inflammatory: It's not just supplements, but your diet needs to be a non-processed one with plenty of anti-oxidant fruits and veggies, and whole grains. Get rid of fried foods and polyunsaturated oils -- use healthy fats like extra-virgin olive oil instead. Turmeric and ginger are good spices to use. Can supplement with magnesium & calcium to relax & maintain nerves & muscles. Boswellia may help also.
