Intercostal neuritis: See your doctor . May need injection between ribs if pain persist and does not repond to pain killers.

Chest Pain: Does it hurt you anywhere on yr left chest on touch? What activities cause you pain? Any EKG? Likely muscular or costochondritis if cardiac work up is negative.
