Not likely: almost certainly these are benign pains. In the future, if you do have cardiac stress testing, call for an echo stress test if that can be done. Echo stress test have no radiation and give the same information is nuclear stress test in the vast majority of the cases. Finally, see that your non-HDL cholesterol (subtract the good HDL from the total and that is your non-HDL cholesterol = 90.

Pain: This pain description sounds highly unlikely to be cardiac related. It sounds like a musculoskeletal type pain.
