Doubt cardiac : Pain with deep inspiration could be lung or musculoskeletal pain. Not cardiac

Probably non cardiac: Angina or cardiac chest pain is classically described as chest or neck pressure which is usually not sharp or localizable with one finger, gets worse with exercise or exertion and better with rest. The pain you describe would be classified as pleuritic, involving the lungs or pleural space. With that said, there are always exceptions and atypical presentations.
