Weight loss: It is going to be very difficult to sustain weight loss without regular exercise. Start slow by walking 20 minutes per day, 10 minutes down the road and 10 back. Ultimately increase the time, do interval walking, walk fast for one minute then regular pace for two minutes and so on. Interval walking will burn more calories. Also continue consulting an exercise physiologist. Best wishes.
