Deconditioning: Over time you will become less physically fit. There are literally thousands of ways to exercise at home without equipment .Check out exercises online.

COVID 19: You may become bored, deconditioned and amotivated. Find ways to stay active - even if you only have space for things like situps, pushups, jumping jacks and the like. Hang in there. Folks can go a little "COVID Crazy" if they can't interact with others and lack stimulation.
