Shouldn't: Physical inactivity should not make one more prone to pvcs. If one is inactive and relatively quiet, one may feel them more often, as if you are busy doing something, you may not notice the pvcs. This is why some people seem to be more bothered by them in the evening getting ready to go to sleep. If pvcs are frequent, a 24 holter monitor may be important to see the percentage of pvcs.
