Worried about sca, high cholesterol and lots of pvcs, and svt. ..should i get an aed for my home?

No: If you are at increased risk for sudden death compared to the general population, then you would need an implantable defibrillator in your chest. Not an AED hanging on the wall. Consult an electrophysiologist. They will guide you properly.
