Probably not.: The presence of PVCs is always of some concern. When they occur in the absence of demonstrable heart abnormality, it is reassuring. However, continued vigilance is warranted. Some PVCs in the absence of structural heart disease may have a focal origin and could be treated by ablation not only because of the potential for adverse outcomes but the potential for cardiomyopathy.Suggest close followup
