Normal echocardiogram does not rule out heart rhythm problem. If you feels more ectopic heart beats recently, you may need to have a holter monitoring or a loop monitor. It's time you visit or revisit a cardiologist.

You need to have an event monitor to evaluate the burden of arrhythmia ( percentage) and then decide if treatment is needed

I get benign pvc and PACs. Sometimes I get 4-6 beat runs of PACs with no normal beats in between. Is this benign? Echo, cardiac mri, resting ecg, exercise ecg, electrolytes and thyroid all completely normal.
Get 3-8 either PVC or PACS in a row. When I jump up my hr jumps back into normal rhythm. Echo normal. Happens rarely so no ecg. Could it be VT or NSVT?
