I get pvcs + short pauses in my heart beat during climax when i orgasm. (not before orgasm) they fade pretty quickly (30 seconds or so) and my heart only beats irregulary during this time then recovers. no other activity triggers this, is it normal?

Probably normal. Check your BP. If high ask to be tested for pheochromocytoma. Had one patient years ago that had one that would “discharge” at orgasm.

I agree that you should be evaluated by a cardiologist because of your ventricular irritability and short pauses, although there is a compensatory pause following each PVC. which is physiologic. Any family history suggesting arrhythmias? You apparently have had outpatient heart monitoring but have you had a cardiology consultation? If so, what was the advice?
