What lymph nodes would swell and b affected if u have a tumor in the posterior part of the hard palate?

Neck nodes: Palate cancers, if nodes were involved, would be most likely to involve parotid nodes, level 1 in the area just below the body of the mandible, or level 2 which reside deep and anterior to the uppermost sternocleidomastoid. However since cancers in this area are often adenoid cystic carcinoma derived from minor salivary glands they are more likely to follow nerves and metastasize distantly.

Neck: Deep cervical node in you neck. What makes you think you have a tumor. There are any causes for pain, swelling, raised bumps that are not cancer.Please see an oral surgeon asap.
