Very: It should be very accurate in diagnosing a mucosal carcinoma. Would drain to neck nodes.

If...then...: If you have any cancerous lesion in your mouth then the biopsy shows it right away. If you have cancer elsewhere or if you suspect it then your oncologist can do biopsies and mri's elsewhere. I hope you find what ails you!
