Is the primary tumor in sclc hard to visualize on imaging? if so does this mean it is cancer of unknown primary if you can find it only in lymph node

See below: The primary tumor for small cell lung cancer is usually easy to visualize on CT scan. If it is SCLC, that is the primary type. Often, the cancer develops in lymph nodes and if there is no primary tumor, only enlarged nodes, this is likely the primary site.
