Lymph drainage: of palate and tongue is very complicated the only glands palpable to a lay person are the sub mental ( under chin) or submandibular ( under jaw )for anterior drainage. But the lymphatics from posterior palate go to digastrict and other deeper nodes. Go to your MD if you are concerned. This is not something to follow up on this site.
