Dx w/ benign salivary gland tumor on palate. why does it vary in size at times? it's flat and spread out at times and then dia gets smaller and swells up? i can push my tongue through the center of it and divide it. below swelling is a deep cavity.

Salivary gland tumor: Is doing unfortunate things to surrounding tissues. It may be non-cancerous (benign) but it is still destructive. Change in appearance/texture due to malleability of sort tissues. Please see an Oral Surgeon for appropriate treatment.
