My uncle has undergone cancer surgery two months ago, now doctors have declared. i want to know if there is any hope.

Of course: You leave out key information. Write back and tell us: 1) what did the doctors "declare"? 2) did surgeons find the original tumor and remove it or had cancer spread throughout the body (called metastasis)? 3) do they know where it started, the type of cancer? In 2013, our understanding of cancer is advancing so fast that everyone with this terrible disease should be seeing an oncologist regularly.
