Reoccurence: Cancer of the tongue can be very aggressive and difficult to cure. Hard to say if it will'fully' cure without more specific details. Please have an in depth conversation with the oncologist to discuss the reality of the situation in this particular case.

Very good evening doctors. If someone is diagnosed with prostate cancer, shouldn't the first treatment be radiation or chemotherapy, rather than an invasive prostatectomy where the prostate is completely taken out? Why am I wrong about this thinking?
