Not enough info: Where is this "bump"? In the soft tissue of the cheek? On the gums around the teeth? Tongue? Lips? Could be an infected tooth, blocked salivary gland, aphthous ulcer or a couple of other possibilities. Best to have this checked by a physician or dentist.

A blood blister: Eating very hot food like hot mozzarella cheese can cause a blood blister on the roof of you mouth. It will typically pop and bleed. If it continues for weeks inn end, please see a ENT ( ear, nose, throat) specialist to rule out any other blistering mouth conditions, of which there are a number. Best wishes!

Bump in mouth: Heat draws infection towards it. You may have an a symptomatic abscess, no pain associated with it. So when you ate hot food the drainage welled up and may be getting to exit thru the gum. See your dentist asap.
