I have this rock hard bump in my anal canal the size of a pin head. it hurts when i touch it. no bleeding but just hard. can it be an external pile?

It's most likely an INTERNAL hemorrhoid which has clotted and is shrinking...
It will slowly go away! if it does not your PCP can look with an "anoscope"
Sitz baths might help!
