Prudent: It would be prudent for your son to be evaluated by 2 specialists. See your child's Pediatrician to compare his current responses to the baseline data that your pediatrician should have. While there is little risk of concussion from your description, hie history of multiple traumatic insults deserve examination. As your narrative describes mouth trauma he should also be evaluated by a Pedodontist
