Possible cyst: Whenever there is trauma to any part of the body the natural healing processes rebuild tissue and sometime the tissue is not the same as before and it is possible that you have an overgrowth of normal tissue. It is possible that you have an infection if you have a fever or in a lot of pain in that tissue and you should be seen by your doctor.
