Aspirin: The daily dose for benefits of Aspirin is generally considered to be 81mg, uncoated is more effective. Some scientists recommend two baby aspirins but i would suggest one to avoid any bleeding issues. Check with your doctor before starting this regimen to make sure no other medications would pose a problem.
