I have heart disease and take ranexa, daily aspirin, statins. i had a wrist injury and taking naproxen and applying diclofenac gel. is it safe to take for over a week? i felt some palpitations in the last couple of days, so was wondering. thank you?

There is no absolute contraindication unless you have chronic kidney disease or uncontrolled hypertension. However, using naproxen and aspirin together increases the risk of gastritis so you should take either omeprazole or famotidine for stomach protection until you stop naproxen.
