No: Taking supplements/vitamins "just because" is not ok. For a healthy 22 year old, you should be getting all your vitamins/minerals from the food you eat and not from outside sources. If you have medical problems that prevent absorption of certain minerals/vitamins, then you will need to discuss it with your doc to determine which ones are needed.
