Yes! : This sounds like a formula well-designed for bone health. Supplements work in symergy. You can't absorb calcium if you are low in vit d. Vit k makes sure the calcium goes to your bones instead of arteries. Boron improves bone density and magnesium and manganese are also important for bone health.

No: Taking supplements/vitamins "just because" is not ok. For a healthy 22 year old, you should be getting all your vitamins/minerals from the food you eat and not from outside sources. If you have medical problems that prevent absorption of certain minerals/vitamins, then you will need to discuss it with your doc to determine which ones are needed.
