For the last 3 months my tongue has gotten progressively more and more numb. it now is always numb to some degree on the top and back. my vitamin d3, b12, calcium, magnesium, and parathyroid hormone levels have been checked and they are all good?

Sensory innervation of the anterior 2/3 of the tongue is via the lingual nerve, a branch of the inferior alveolar nerve. Have an oral surgeon take a look to determine if there is anything in your lower jaw that may be contributing to your issue.
