Probably not anxiety: Impaired ventricular relaxation is a term used to describe how the heart muscle is squeezing and releasing. It is not related to your level of anxiety or stress. It can be caused by chronic high blood pressure though, so you should be sure to check your blood pressure routinely.

No: Impaired relaxation of the left ventricle is caused by a problem with your heart muscle. There may be some inflammation, scarring or problems with the conductive system of the heart. Anxiety would not cause any of that.
