It should not.: Impaired lv relaxation is a fairly common finding and mostly benign. I won't worry about it since all your heart tests are normal. Best wishes!

Results sound good: Impaired lv relaxation (did that show up on your echo?) is not a disease and does not necessarily cause any symptoms. I woudn't focus on that. Your negative tests are very reassuring. Chest pressure and hyperventilation are common anxiety symptoms. Are you getting help for that?
