That means you have ischemia to that portion of your heart. You will likely need a nuclear scan done to see if that part is viable. If the scan shows a reversible ischemia, stent can improve the hypokinesis or prevent a heart attack. If not, that part is not viable nothing you or doctor do can change that. At least that part is not important and your EF is still excellent. Control your BP well.
