You could but why?: I see from your history you have anxiety. Are you really going to want to sit there with someone making incisions, resecting cartilage, making delicate and time consuming changes to the shape of your nose, suctioning blood all while you cannot touch your face or risk infecting your wound? Most surgeons do it under general. It's your surgeon and your call, but most patients would say "no".
