Endometriosis: Its possible, but based on your age not as likely. Cryosurgery also doesn't usually have any direct effect on endometriosis. I'm assuming you had an abnormal pap before the cryo. There are lots of causes of abdominal pain in your fifties. I would need more specifics to assist. Probably time to see your physician or a gynecologist if pain is mostly pelvic.
