Great question!: If you have abdominal endometriosis during your reproductive age, it should be resolved naturally after menopause. The chance of endometriosis may come back at age 64 is very unlikely. However, if you on hormone replacement, or for what ever reason, your natural estrogen production increases, theorectically, it is possible to reactive the old endometriosis tissues.
