Yes and no: Female post-hysterectomy for endometriosis, EM, continues to have abdominal pain, back pain, & dyspareunia. EM is label in search of diagnostic criteria. These symptoms common in Hypermobility Syndrome; including IBS. Every invasive abdomino-pelvic procedure begets intestinal adhesions via bowel constriction & dysautonomia symptoms that mimic "EM". See Beighton/Brighton criteria.
