In a sunrise view x-ray how can you tell if there is patellar tilt? and can you see bone spurs

Patellar: Tracking disorders are best imaged with dynamic MRI though i suppose marked tilt could be seen. Medial and lateral patellar facet joint narrowing and spur formation are not uncommon in relatively advanced osteoarthritis.
