New xray and mri result shows luceny in distal femur, tricompartmental oa, meniscus horn tear, bone spurs, & chondromalacia patella. had mcl reconstruction surgery 10 months ago, what possible complication could be wrong to show the lucency on x-ray?

Without seeing the images it is hard to interpret. It may be a normal post operative finding or it may be related to surgery.
