I am about to get a root canal done on tuesday still taking my antibiotics would it be okay?

It's okay: That should be fine. The antibiotics are killing bacteria at the base of the tooth, allowing the local anesthetic to block the nerve to the tooth helping to reduce any discomfort during the root canal procedure.

Keep the appointment: You must treat the source of the infection, not only the symptoms. Therefore, you need to clean out the inside of the tooth to remove the bacteria which is the source of the infection. The antibiotics cannot reach the source of the infection. Keep your dental appointment.
