Likely: Time frame is important, if this was all recent then you are likely healing fine and it takes a bit of time to get all the inflammation and infection eliminated. If it has been over a month i would be a bit more concerned. Talk to your dentist or endodontist if you have more concerns.

Possibly: When did your dentist last see you? If it was when you were in the condition you are now and he felt comfortaable with you just maintaining the antibiotics. But, i suspect it has been a while and if that is the case, i suggest you return for him to check it out. The antibiotics should have suppressed the infection by now.

Probably: It sounds like it is healing. It will take at least 7-10 days for a acute root canal infection that spread to the cheeks to fully resolve. No one can comment until antibiotics and nature have taken its course.
