RC Treatment: Root canal therapy involves the cleaning and obturation of the canals inside the tooth. You most certainly still have inflammation in the bone and gingiva surrounding that tooth. It may take several months for things to feel "just right". It is possible that the bite may be off, so to be sure, have your treating dentist take a look.
